• Pomperaug Lacrosse is a non-profit organization of volunteers working together to provide lacrosse training, competition, and fellowship to the local youth. We represent the towns of Middlebury, Southbury, Woodbury, & Oxford, CT FOR boys & girls IN grades K-8.
