• Pomperaug Lacrosse is a non-profit organization of volunteers working together to provide lacrosse training, competition and fellowship to local youth. 
   
• We are located in the towns of Southbury and Middlebury, Connecticut and serve boys and girls from grades K through 8.  
   
• We are members of the Positive Coaching Alliance and promote positive training and sportsmanship in our players, coaches, and fans.  
   
• Pomperaug Lacrosse is associated with the Connecticut-New York Lacrosse Organization (CONNY) and U.S. Lacrosse.

• Boys
  Grades 1-5 - Sundays Afternoons from 12 -1 pm (Starting January 8, 2012)
  Grades 6-8 - Tuesday evenings from 8-9 pm (Starting January 3, 2012)
• Girls 
  Grades 1-4 - Sundays afternoons from 12 -1 pm (Starting January 8, 2012)
  Grades 5-8 - Tuesday evenings from 8-9 pm (Starting January 3, 2012)

• Boys & Girls in Grades 4-8 - Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm (Starting January 3, 2012)

• Little Laxers - Our instructional in-house program for boys and girls in grades K-1. 
• Travel Teams - Registration is open for both the boys and girls in grades 2-8.  

Uniform Guidelines

Little Stickers (Boys and Girls): 

·      Club provided T-shirt

·      Black shorts (any)

Bantams, Lightning, Juniors and Senior - Boys:            

·      Club supplied Jersey*

·      Pomperaug LAX uniform shorts

Note:  If a child misplaces their uniform shorts, they are required to wear any black shorts

 *Jersey’s are to be returned at the end of the season.  Each player is required to submit a check written out to “Pomperaug Lacrosse” in the amount of $50 and give it to their coach at the beginning of the season.  The check will NOT be cashed unless the player doesn’t return it at the end of the season in June.
